[Bug-gnubg] request for cubeless-$ equity in report

Hi,

     Since our roots are in cubeless money reporting (JF and SW), it
can be useful to see the cubeless-$ equity report:
(W + G + BG - w - g - bg).   I realize that GNU-bg is playing "according
to score" and "according to cube location", unlike its predecessors.
But it still gives a nice comparison / quick look at the 'value' of
the position.  Could a column be added in GNU-bg's results report for
evals and rollouts which shows this number?
