[Bug-gnubg] Sound support on Mac OS X

I've just added sound support on Mac OS X.

Since there are no /dev/audio, /dev/raw or /dev/dsp on Darwin/Mac OS X, 
I've added a new sound system to gnubg, called "QuickTime"; it is the 
default sound system on Mac OS, and requires QuickTime (which is part 
of Mac OS X); it is available only on Mac OS X, but could be extended 
to MS Windows too (however, I don't see any interest in using QuickTime 
For Windows to play sounds on a Windows platform...)

Changes committed to CVS.

I'll post a new message here when it is available on my web page for 
Mac users.
