yes.  the 1 and 2-checker db's can be DL from Nardy's site.  Once you do
that, you will notice the options for 1 and 2 checker hypergammon will no
longer be greyed out in the menu, and you can play those versions.

To play 3-checker requires you to generate, or acquire and install the 300MB
3-checker db.
