It's possible to generate different kinds of reports. Combined with a
cron job and lynx we could be able to generate an automatic text file.

No, you're right; the submitter should only set "severity", not
priority. I've fixed that.

Sounds fine with me. 

Since you're now a project admin you can play around yourself. Modify
the "rank on screen" field on
http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/admin/field_usage.php?group=gnubg

I'm haven't figured out how to change the name of the fields (except for
the custom field "build").
