This looks like a great idea. As one of the regular pesterers, I want to avoid 
unnecessary submissions. I was even considering trawling back through my posts 
to see which of my bugs & feature requests were unresolved so I could track 
them. A central tracking system would be much better for the future.

Do you want old feature requests added to the list, or are you starting from 
scratch?
