You can get rid of many of them by opening the message window:
Windows...Message (set message on from the command line).
A lot of the output goes here, instead.
I too would like to see some way of disabling the rollout OK, because I
often run scripts, which get held by the Rollout OK button. I get round
this by running scripts with gnubg-no-gui.exe.
Have you investigated the various "set confirm" options?
