[Bug-gnubg] Some HTML Export points

IMHO I think the HTML export could do with some adjustments to reduce vertical scrolling.
Can the pip count be moved to the right hand side (top and bottom) of the board?
The same for the position and match ID

BTW How do I stop GNU exporting the position and match ID? 

I don't think we need a line of test saying Player X moved.... if we already have this info in the analysed moves table.

I prefer to see the moves table below the board before the cube decision but other may not so maybe others could comment on that.

Some of the white space background could also be reduced..
