I did:

In E:\gnubg_013: cvs -q -z6 checkout -r branch-0-13 gnubg
U gnubg/eval.c Rev 1.215.2.1
U gnubg/record.c Rev 1.10
U gnubg/record.h Rev 1.3
U gnubg/sound.c Rev 1.16
U gnubg/po/de.po Rev 1.17.21
Success, CVS operation completed

So... does not compile:
gnubg.c: In function `MoveGnubgpr':
gnubg.c:6045: `GNUBGPR' undeclared (first use in this function)
gnubg.c:6045: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
gnubg.c:6045: for each function it appears in.)
G:\MINGW\BIN\MAKE.EXE: *** [gnubg.o] Error 1
