[Bug-gnubg] Bearoff databases on cd

Hi again,

did anyone already build bigger bearoff databases? If not, I would like
to do so and take them with me to Nordic Open. In my notebook there is a
cd burner, so when people like copies, we could give away or sell a few
for a low fee.

Do I have to pay attention on anything while building?
