[Bug-gnubg] cheat mode updated

Hi,

I don't know if any of you have noticed it, but I've updated the cheat
mode a bit:

(1) You can now find it under the "Other"-options page in
Settings->Options.

(2) You can set which roll each player should get.
It's quite interesting to set both players to roll their best roll.

Oh, BTW, don't tell the trolls in rec.games.backgammon :-)
