[Bug-gnubg] Patch: Menu entries for game record navigation

Hi,

Here is a small patch that rearranges the menu entries for navigating
through the game record. However, the point isn't that there is now a new
menu, but that I've added 'Next/Prev marked', so that they can be assigned
a short cut.
Default is CTRL+SHIFT+PageUp/Down and like every other short cut can be
changed by selecting the menu entry (not activating) and pressing the
respective keys.
