[Bug-gnubg] New feature: Target help when dragging a chequer

Hi,

Here is a new feature that helps new users with aiming when dragging a 
chequer. For advanced but lazy users it might be convenient at least on 
farther moves.

It gets invoked when one drags a chequer out of the point it was picked up 
from and then indicates the possible target points by coloured rectangles. 
At the moment the colour isn't configurable, I've opted for green, but if 
desired this shouldn't be hard to change.

For people who don't like the behaviour I've added an option under 
Settings|Options|Display. The respective command is "set gui dragtargethelp 
on|off".

Before committing my patch to CVS I'd like to ask that someone has a closer 
look if I've missed something, especially with adding the option and the 
new command. I did test my patch quite a bit, but you'll never know.
