moveNumber is global.
What happens if you call NeuralnetEvaluate with NNEVAL_FROMBASE if it
has never been called with NNEVAL_SAVE?

Well, it doesn't! It could be another problem, but hardcoding to
NNEVAL_NONE fixed the problem, so the problem must lie in
NeuralNetEvaluate or it's subroutines.
