[Bug-gnubg] Bug: number of checker on the bar

The number of possible (visible) checkers on the bar is 3. You can put more
on the bar,
but the total number of checkers isn't displayed (as it is for other
points).

I can be wrong, but when I recall well, it was possible to see 5 checkers on
the bar, and if more, the total number was displayed (and if cube was on
that side of the board, the value was hidden)
