Thanks very much for your changes.  I've committed them to CVS (on
branch-0-13 and the trunk) and updated the PO files now.

(Please note that I didn't include your patches for gnubg.c -- since
those strings are part of the JF .mat export code, I don't think they
should be internationalised, because other programs won't be able to
read .mat files unless they're in English.)
