Things like:

echo -e "import mat 1pt.txt\n analyse match\n" | gnubg -t > output

produce output with a line like:

^M(null) 1/0^M^M(null) 6/0^M^M(null) 10/0^M^M(null) 13/0^M^M(null)
15/0^M^M(null) 21/0^M^M(null) 27/0^M^M(null) 29/0
^M(null) 35/0^M^M(null) 43/0^M^M(null) 58/0

which is rather inconvenient! (Espcially when modifying the source to
print extra stuff in between.)
