[Bug-gnubg] Save settings and MET

        I'm in the process of re-writing the much promised tutorial
(including the new functions, new diagrams, and considerable added
explanations for newbies on some terms), and realized that absolutely
EVERYWHERE I am forced to add a reminder to Save Settings. The lack of
doing so is going to be a huge nuisance to new users who set changes but
forget to save, so I'd like to suggest that upon exiting, the program
offer to Save Settings with the default set to Yes.
        The other suggestion is regarding the MET table. When loading a
new one, it doesn't enter the MET directory, and I cannot save the
correct directory as a new default.
