It doesn't crash here. Analysed 5 matches different settings.

I build from CVS repository, using the date of the files there, or the date
of the ChangeLog.
Being in Belgium, 'my' timezone is GMT+1.
It is 'my' time that is added to the build whilst compiling.

I try to add the correct yymmdd though to the gnubg-exe name.
