The 'missing' dll is on the download page now.
This is not a nice solution, but it works.
Explanation:
iconv.dll, libgdbm.dll and libintl-1.dll are included in Oeystein's builds.
libiconv.dll, gdbm.dll and (since yesterday) libintl.dll in mine.
It isn't the highest of my priorities, but it sure would be nice if I would
take the time to get the same libraries used by all builds.
However: it will not be done before next week (busy days to come).
.... so meanwhile, just tell me: "Hey! You have to fix that".

build 2002Dec08 running on WinME
Error message on program launch: " a required DLL file, LIBINTL.DLL, was not
found. Build 2002Dec04 runs fine. My gnubg dir contains a file
LIBINTL-1.DLL, dated 9/4/2002.
