[Bug-gnubg] soundchip parameters

Hi there :)

Since the indroduction of 'sounds' , i experienced some exit problems.
In one case it's behaviour is different from onother.In the worst case
the machine just stalls, in another case ' i hear the sound of rolling dice
' ,while
playing chess.
Suggestion: store orignial soundchip parameters and (reset and ) restore
before exit.
