[Bug-gnubg] GnuBg playing with itself

I have noticed the following behaviour when I set up GnuBg to be the player on 
both sides.

1. At the end of each game the score window pops up and needs to be OKed to 
continue. This means that you can't set up a session of, say Expert vs. World 
Class and leave them to see how they get on.

2. If you interrupt the game with the Stop icon, the Play icon doesn't become 
active. You have to go to Game...Play Computer Turn to kick it off again.
