[Bug-gnubg] GNUbg for Windows 020811 - Hint window / first call

GNUbg for Windows 020811 (and previous Snapshots, since the positions of
Windows are saved)
Hint Window popping up with top bar outside of screen.

Reproduce:
Clean install,
First call of Hint Window (Ctrl + H)

The Hint Window pops up top left of monitor (coordinates 0,0) with the top
window bar outside of the screen.
(The bar with 'GNU Backgammon - Hint)

This only happens the first time.
The next time the Hint window is called, it appears as it should.
(top left of screen, but top bar visible now)

No big problem though.
