I long for the day when I don't make any cube errors > 0.1! Douglas Zare
claims to still make 0.4 errors (not necessarily on cubes), so maybe that
should be the limit.

What will happen if no decisions were within the threshold and yet I make an
error?

This sound like a good idea at money play and would be OK at many match
scores. However, there are some scores where the window is very narrow or
even non-existent, such as some 2-away scores where you can bo
Too-good-and-not-good-enough if you have gammon chances.
