It depends on what you mean by "re-evaluate"!
If you press the "eval" button in the annotation window the assessment
will *not* be updated. However, if you modify the analysis settings, and
re-analyse the move/game/match the assessment will, in fact, be updated.
A bit confusing...
Of course, the equity losses in the match statistics will be updated.
I'm not sure what the proper behaviour is. Assume I've personally marked
a number of moves, say, very bad or very good, then I would be very sad if
these markings were lost upon re-evaluation.
Perhaps there should be an option: do or do not update markings during
re-evaluations or rollouts. Most people do not mark moves themselves,
and for those, "[X] update annotations if re-evaluated or rolled out"
would be fine.
