[Bug-gnubg] [Announce] New "secret" windows build.

Hi!

There is a new windows build avaiable here:
http://home.online.no/~oeysteij/gnubg-020719.exe

This build is not announced at my usual page, and is therefore only
available to the subscribers of this mailing list. Yes, there are some bugs
in the new options widget. I'll try to fix that in the weekend!
