Hi,

This bug has nothing to do with th locale settings. It is all about the
cache changes commited yesterday. Check line 3694 in gnubg.c. This call
crashes.

BTW: Do we really want to save this as a setting? The really advansed users
who wants to change this setting is probably advanced enough to put it in
the .gnubgrc file instead. Maybe we chould just remove this.

An other thing in CommandSaveSettings. Seven lines from line 3651 and
forward appear twice.
