It's one of those re-occuring bugs we encounter these days.

The settings file is written locale independent, but apparently some
settings are loaded locale dependent. So the "0.40" is read as "0"
because . is an illegal character in floating point numbers.

build 0626 should include a fix for this.

There is currently no automatic procedure for marking moves interesting
or good, you have to do this manually.

For example, suppose you have a very difficult move in a match. The
player ended up moving correctly, so it isn't marked bad or doubtful.
Since this move is very interesting you mark it "interesting", so you
can easily find it next time you review the match.
