[bug-gnubatch] -L +ulimit will use half of the value

A plain "ulimit VALUE" will set the filesize (at least in the bash). gnubatch's "gbch-r -L VALUE ..." does the same, but only with half of the value. Is it an issue because it uses words or so in other shells and not just plain bytes?
