gal_wcs_to_cd bug

Hello,

With the following command:

astnoisechisel 433P_2021-10-10_08.05.37.857000_ztf_20211010337049_000446_zg_c10_o_q3_sciimg_chip0-3_126arcsec_NuEl.fits -h0 --tilesize=100,100 --erode=1

I get the following message:

astnoisechisel: gal_wcs_to_cd: a bug! Please contact us at bug-gnuastro@gnu.org to fix the problem. The value 3 for wcs->altlin isn't recognized

I’m attaching the fits file in question. I’m seeing this with all of them generated form the particular pipeline I’m using.

The NoiseChisel version is 0.16.
