diff: conflicting output style options

diff: conflicting output style options |

I use the following on the terminal command line but keep getting the error
"conflicting output style options”. I have used this exact command about 6
months ago and it worked perfectly.
I have read the -help file and tried various options but always get the same
error. I do not see the -output option. Is html not an option anymore?
diff -left-gedcom /Users/ged/Barber-FTM-5-4-2021.ged -right-gedcom
/Users/ged/Barber-MFT-5-4-2021.ged -output out.html
