GNU grep in not able to search for multiline strings and there are no plans
to enhance it this way, sorry. Perhaps GNU awk (gawk), GNU sed, or a more
general programming language with regex support (perl, ruby, python, PHP)
could help you.
BTW: your version is very old, find a newer version on a Windows port
of gnu utilities. The following URLs could help you:
