[Bug-gnu-utils] Automake 1.4 bug

I found small bug in automake

I use Linux 6.0 Automake 1.4, its last update was 1999-01-14

The problem is that when building distribution archive, script 
boils out when trying insert whole directory in the distribution.

This is caused by missing of 'd' symbol in generated shell script
In source code /usr/bin/automake it is located in lines 2369-2376
To fix error replace string
'\$\$/\$\$file'  by string '\$\$d/\$\$file' .

I don't know to whom I should send this information, I hope this
newsgroup is the appropriate place. 

Sorry, if this bug is already fixed in newer release of Automake than
I have.
