Regression does not take into account system missing values
This can be seen when you tell pspp to save Residuals. 
Produce residuals for the whole range of variable values without excluding 
system missing values (eg. "99"), when such values are explicity given as
system missing.  


Please see attachment, run regression, and save residuals. You will see that
residuals are produced for the whole range of variable values without
excluding system missing values (eg. "99"),
