Details:

The subdialog "Old and new values" in the dialog "Recode in other variable"
has no effect. When I push the button "Old and new values" in the dialog, then
the warning


** (psppire:5667): CRITICAL **: 18:59:14.430: run_old_and_new_dialog:
assertion 'not_empty' failed


is shown and nothing happens. To reproduce

0 Open Transform->Recode in different variable
0 Push "Old and new values" button

Result: Nothing happens + Critical warning

Tested on MacOS in master as of 13th of June 2020.
