PSPP-BUG: [bug #52873] Cannot import data under some not clear conditions

Follow-up Comment #8, bug #52873 (project pspp):

With the newest version (2018-07-07) the bug is resolved (see attached
images).
My operating system(s) are Windows 7 Professional or Windows 10 Professional.

I attached an image of the bug in version 2017-09-09 where you can see the
path and file name: 
H:\My\Stuff\3-Gregoriana\AA 2017-18\SW2001\Programma ed
esercitazioni\L02\demo1.dat

I attach the data file too if you wish to perform some test.
