Subject: PSPP-BUG: [GUI] PSPPire closes unexpectedly when entering text with a length greater than 80 bytes (Utilities | Data File comments)

The problem occurs when you try to enter text via clipboard as a comment in a
data file, exceeding the limit of 80 bytes per line.

However, it considers that this is a mistake committed by the user, but it
would be more friendly than PSPP (like SPSS), displayed in the output window a
warning.

Note: When you perform the same action from the syntax, the text is
automatically truncated to the permissible limit.

Thanks
