Details:
For example I create general numerical variable with 3 cases.
Type some numbers in cells.
Remeber value in active cell.
Problem after changing type from numeric (with dot) to numeric (with comma),
value in current cell increasis 100 times, while values in other cells of the
same variable remain the same.
