It would help if you state your Operating System and the version of
PSPP you are using.

I guess you are running on MSWindows. Are you sure you use a recent
version of PSPP?  The newest available for MSWindows  is off august
2012.

If not, ugrade and I guess the issue is solved. If yes, you can run
"show all" in the syntax screen which will show the settings for the
temp directory so you can see if it indeeds points to F: which I doubt
is the case as this would give you more problems.
