     I think that we should do that.  But I wonder whether it would be
     useful to also check in configure whether yelp is available and,
     if not, print a message such as:
     
             Cannot find the `yelp' program.  If `yelp' is not
             available at runtime, then PSPPIRE's online help will not
             be available.
