[bug-gnu-libiconv] Cross-compiling for Android

I'm trying to cross-compile libiconv for Android using the Android NDK 
(https://developer.android.com/tools/sdk/ndk/index.html), but I've run 
into a problem with the configure script failing due to 'config.sub' not 
recognizing my host triple (arm-linux-androideabi).  I've attached the 
relevant 'config.log'.

This is for libiconv 1.14.  The included 'config.sub' file reports a 
timestamp of 2009-02-03.
