gcc-3.4.3 is installed in /usr/sfw/bin assuming you have a rather vanilla
Solaris 10 install and didn't remove packages or install a minimal version
(SUNWreq, SUNWuser)
not that it should matter, but you should probably remove the : between
PATH and /usr/sbin
