Thanks for the pointer. Ralf Wildenhues gave me the same advice [1], so
I added your patch [2]. Sorry for not mentioning you in the ChangeLog entry;
at the moment I did that, your mail was still pending in my mail queue.
It's fixed in libiconv-1.13.1, thus.
