Thisvariant is one that we use internally, I updated
ftp://ftp.unicode.org:/Public/MAPPINGS/VENDORS/MICSFT/WINDOWS/CP1252.TXT
with the relevant additional mappings and generated it with"8bit_tab_to_h"
