bug#62091: 28.1; archive-copy-file breaks binary subfiles

While visiting a ZIP archive, type 'C' to copy a subfile.
If it is a binary file, the copied file is broken.

With typing 'C-x C-m c binary RET C', subfiles are copied correctly.
