bug#59654: 28.1; Add Imenu Support to Info-mode

It would be great if Info-mode advertised it's tree of nodes to Imenu. I 
hacked something up for my personal config to this end using 
Info-toc-nodes, but since my kludge recently broke I thought I'd open a 
bug for it.
