bug#56154: 29.0.50; TAB in message-mode "To" header produces error

I'm unable to reproduce this in Emacs 29.  `eudc-query' isn't called at
all when I try this, so perhaps you have some customisations that are
somehow loaded even with an "emacs -Q"?
