bug#56053: 29.0.50; checkdoc-message-text inconsistency with replaceent of " ?"

When I run:

M-x checkdoc-message-text

then on this line:

(when (y-or-n-p (format "Do you really wish to remove tag `%s'" ,tag))

I get the question:

`y-or-n-p' argument should end wih "? ". Fix? (y or n)

and when I answer with "y" the above line is changed to following:

(when (y-or-n-p (format "Do you really wish to remove tag `%s'?" ,tag))

and that is inconsistent, as I was asked to add " ?" (question mark
followed by space) on the end of the message string, and all
what I got was "?" not followed by space.
