bug#56052: 29.0.50; checkdoc-interactive not correctly detecting interactive function

When I run M-x checkdoc-interactive, then on this non-interactive
function below it gives me notification: "All interactive functions
should have documentation" -- however the "(interactive)" line is not
related to the function, but rather to the macro inside of it.
