bug#7902: Buffer->Frames->xxx don't work when "msb-mode" is enabled, also menu does not include all frames

(I'm going through old bug reports that unfortunately weren't resolved
at the time.)

I tried reproducing this with Emacs 28 on Macos, but everything seems to
work fine for me, so I'm closing this bug report.  If you're still
seeing this in recent Emacs versions, please respond to the debbugs
address and we'll reopen.
