bug#46361: 27.1; Copying keymaps misses ... C-h suffix list generator

In the *Summary* buffer W C-h shows:

key             binding

W 6             gnus-article-de-base64-unreadable
W A             gnus-article-treat-ansi-sequences
W B             gnus-article-add-buttons-to-head... 108 lines total.


In the *Article* buffer, W C-h shows:

Global Bindings Starting With W:
key             binding
---             -------

[back]

It should show about the same thing. In fact even the commands have
"article" in their names (not "summary".) Anyway, it is an empty list.

All those W commands work fine in both buffers, but when queried with
the C-h suffix, one discovers the bug in one buffer but not the other.

Probably "working as expected." Well time to raise expectations.
